Instant Digital Order Relay to Kitchen
- Orders are instantly relayed into the kitchen to notify the chef working in the kitchen to start working on the order immediately.
- Orders are instantly relayed to the Kitchen and displayed on the KDS. KOT is instantly printed once the order is submitted.
- Chef is notified with a sound regarding the new order.
- Items on the order can be routed to the KDS as per requirements.
Display Orders without any Loss of Information
- Complete order details are displayed on the KDS including the Order Number, Date, Time, Items and modifiers on the order.
- It also displays the time since the order was placed.
- DineChef KDS shows the combined count of items ordered, making it easier for the chef to work on multiple orders simultaneously.
- Any notes added by the customer while making the order can be sent to the kitchen without loss of any information.
